Important Notes on the 12 Commemorative Cards

Among the 12 commemorative cards included in each set:

11 cards are fixed designs with one copy for each variant. The remaining single card carries an extremely low probability of being upgraded to a China Mainland Exclusive Parallel Alternate Art version, engraved with a unique serial number printed directly on the card surface.

• A standard card and its parallel alternate art counterpart will never appear together within the same single set. ** Only parallel alternate art cards are printed with unique serial numbers; standard artwork cards bear no serial markings whatsoever.

• Full product details will be published in batches on the official website of ONE PIECE CARD GAME Simplified Chinese version. Please stay tuned for subsequent updates.
• Each serial-numbered card is a global one-of-one product; replacements will not be issued for any reason including cosmetic defects or surface imperfections.
• Fine white linear marks may be visible on the surface of the paper storage box due to inherent manufacturing techniques. These are intentional design elements and not printing flaws.
• Actual product may differ from promotional artwork; please refer to physical goods for final reference.
• Minor surface blemishes may occur during mass production in accordance with standard manufacturing tolerances.
• The listed price includes packaging fees but excludes shipping costs. If multiple units are ordered in a single transaction, shipping fees will be calculated cumulatively based on the total weight of the entire order.
• Visual artwork and peripheral designs are currently under copyright holder review and approval. Full visuals may not be disclosed at the time of purchase and will be released publicly once approved by the copyright party. Do not complete your purchase if you cannot accept this arrangement.

Pre-sale Overall Period

The pre-sale window is split into three independent purchase phases. Eligibility obtained for one phase does not affect access to other phases, and players may qualify for multiple phases separately.

Shipment for the Priority Purchase Phase and Regular Purchase Phase is freight collect by recipient; orders from these two phases will be shipped separately with independent shipping charges and cannot be consolidated for delivery. Delivery for the Tournament Raffle Purchase Phase is cash-on-delivery upon receipt. Shipping addresses are restricted exclusively to mainland China (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions excluded).

1. Product Information

Full character artwork and serial number details for all included cards will be disclosed during this phase. Card effect text may remain unpublished even after the conclusion of this phase.

2. Eligibility Requirement

Users must complete real-name authentication within the BANDAI TCG+ App

3. Sales Quota & Purchase Restrictions

• Total available stock for this phase: 3,000 sets
• Purchase cap: each verified real-name account is limited to a maximum of 2 sets for this phase Possession of valid eligibility does not guarantee successful checkout. Products are sold on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last; sales will terminate immediately once inventory is exhausted or the phase closes, even for qualified users. Only one pending order (paid or unpaid) may exist per single account during this phase. Users cannot submit additional new orders even if the existing order has not reached the 2-set purchase limit.

4. Purchase Procedures

4.1 Download the BANDAI TCG+ App and complete account registration plus real-name identity verification.

4.2 Navigate to the dedicated limited product reservation page under the ONE PIECE CARD GAME section on the homepage, submit your reservation request, follow on-screen prompts and complete payment accordingly.

• Inventory released from fully refunded orders within this phase will not be restocked for purchase during the same window. All cancelled stock will be reallocated to the 5th round of the subsequent Tournament Raffle Purchase Phase.
